Today I was supposed to run 3 miles. I have been having some foot pain recently (this happened last year as well) so I’ve decided to take the week off – sad face. I will try running agin on Saturday. My foot felt fine today, but I didn’t want to risk it. Hardest part of R.I.C.E. for me? REST!!
Instead we dropped my boyfriend’s bike off at Mike’s Bikes in downtown Sac and headed to the
gym park for a work out.

Today’s workout was upper body. I try to make it challenging, but not too hard (my bf and sister are new to this so I’m being easy on them) but today kicked my ass! I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! Ps does anyone else LOVE being sore from your work out the next day? Or even the second day after, that is even better! Check out my instagram for pics and videos from today’s work out and bike ride.
